I love the first one on you so much! You’ve got the perfect figure for it! It is so sparkly and the colored sash and lace train are gorgeous details… it definitely has the WOW factor and it is also more fitting for a summer wedding in my opinion. Hope this helps!

You look great in both.  But since you already purchased one I wouldnt advise buying another gown.

I think both look fantastic on you! What is the theme of your wedding? That may affect people’s opinions!

I had this very same debate.  I wanted the fullness but at the same time wanted to show some of my shape as well.  I would suggest not to make any decision based on a sale unless you are really sure of the dress! I imagine in this economy many shops would honour the sale price later if you made a purchase.

If you like Pronovias, check out Pergamino.  I ended up buying La Sposa Detalle which also is fitted to the hip and then a tulle (full but not *too* ful) bottom.

    Good luck!

I think the Alfred Sung dress is beautiful and you should stick with that!

Alterations can take it in from the side seams so as not to affect the back.

Can you have them make it a bit more trumpet in alterations and then put a crinoline underneath to give you more volume?

It’s a beautiful dress and I think you can make it work for you.

well then, maybe you could get a petticoat slip thing made for a fit and flare and put it with your dress. like this one maybe… it’s only $49 from david’s bridal!
