I have my heart set on this beautiful Kristin Coffin moissanite engagement ring:
I am torn 50/50 on getting white gold or yellow gold. I like that white gold will go with everything, but I like that yellow gold is a beautiful contrast for the moissanite and shows more of the twig and leaf detail. I do not have any alloy allergies.
I have included a few pictures of me wearing a cheap yellow “gold” ring and a sterling silver ring. I cannot decide which color best suits my skin tone.
Thank you so much in advance. I have been bothering Fiance, my sister, my mom, pretty much anyone who will listen with this dillemma!

Have you considered doing a two-tone metal ring? You could do the leaf detail and setting in one metal, and the band in the other color! That’s what I went with since I like to wear both yellow and white gold. The setting and top of my ring is white gold, and the band and filigree work underneath is all yellow gold. But if I had to choose just one for you, I would say yellow gold- the diamond itself already contributes the bright white color, and I agree that some of the detail of the setting and band would get lost/washed out if you did it in white gold.

Yellow! But then again I dislike the look of a white metal with white/clear stones in almost any case.
