@riverchkn:  I think if the lace one brought you to tears, that should be the winner!  When else are you going to get to wear a lace gown?  The other ones are beautiful, but I think #2 is best.

@riverchkn:  You’re lucky because you’ve got the perfect figure to pull off pretty much any type of gown!

That being said, my vote goes to dress #3.

Dress #1: The shape is great on you, but I’m just not personally a fan of satin/shiny material and pickups.  But, while I’m not usually one for a lot of bling, I did really like the detailing on the chest area.  It’s really pretty and adds just the right amount of sparkle without being over the top.

Dress #2: I love lace dresses.  I almost chose one myself (though I ended up with a gown with more subtle lace details as opposed to an all-over lace dress).  The issue I had with this dress, though, was the wrap around the waist.  I think it takes away from the beauty of the gown and also cuts you off at a strange point, making the dress less flattering on your figure.

Dress #3: It looks gorgeous on you!  It’s amazingly flattering with the right amount of drama.  I know some people aren’t crazy about ruffles, but I think they look great when they’re done right (and they’re definitely great on this gown).

It does sound as though you might be leaning toward a lace dress, though.  If that’s the case, I would suggest trying on a few different styles. Maybe something like

@clairebbbear: posted would give you the best of everything (the extremely figure flattering style paired with gorgeous lace).

I voted for #1 because it looks amazing on you. #3 is gorgeous but I do wonder if it would be comfortable to wear for more than a half hour or so… is it very heavy?

I’ll be an outlier – number 2 is a stunner and I can tell these candid photos probably don’t do it enough justice.  The dress brought tears to MY eyes!   Looks to be exceptionally well made and  also  the most  timeless and classic of the three.  There is something about #1 that seems dissonant, almost as if the parts don’t relate to one another or flow together as well as they could. Don’t love the material and  I am not sure the fabric around the middle does anything for you, either.  #3  fits and flatters your figure beautifully right off the bat,   but  a little bit too splashy and trendy for my taste.

It needs to be taken in in all the right places, but  with the proper tailoring, I still think the gorgeous #2 could  be a winner.

The ruched/ruffled mermaid isn’t my favourite silhouette, BUT it looks most amazing on you. So, #3 for sure unless you plan to keep looking. I find the second gown quite matronly-looking, even with your amazing figure. I thin. It’s the asymmetrical cumberbund that is throwing me off.

@riverchkn:  The third one down 8966 is not my style at all, but I have to say it makes your figure look AMAZING compared to the other two.  The first one is flattering as well but I don’t like pick ups.  The second one is pretty and I am a huge fan of lace…but it doesn’t flatter your figure as well as the others. The third looks gorgoues.

I voted the third. I’m not normally a fan of this style, but it looks stunning on you. You look better than the model! The first one is also very nice but the lace one I think is not as flattering.
