My wedding will be setup similiar to the attached pic with the white tables. The 2nd step down where they have the white dance floor I will also designate as my dance floor area. However, I think it would be a waste of money to rent plywood to go on top of the pavers just to mark it as the dance floor area. Decals probably won’t stick to the concrete either. Anyone has suggestions on how it can be obvious that that’s the dance floor?

What about those lights with the monogram? Are you having a DJ? Maybe see if the Venue offers something like that?

I love your venue! What about get those fake trees/plants that they sell at Michaels with the twinkle lights in it? Maybe put something in each corner?

In your last pic it looks like there are two lamp posts that are also on your lower dance level, is that right?
If so, perhaps you could string paper lanterns just to draw your attention to the area.
However, I think the easist and most noticable thing to do, would be to have the DJ set up on the lower level, and most of the DJs I’ve seen bring a light set up, and they can just face their lights towards the dance floor.

Thanks! You all right I think I will see how much extra the Gobo light is and just have him aim some colorful lights at the area.
The light post are actually one level down there’s a total of 3 small levels it’s hard to tell from the pics though.
