tried them on… forgot to ask or look for the designer name in all the excitement…
also, I’m new to wedding bee so *hi* AND I am trying to decide which dress to get… if I get the first one the flowers under the sash are going to come off. they are one peice of fabric that will come off very easily.

The first one looks like Justin Alexander 8465.

I LOVE the first one…and the flowers under the sash are pretty! Do you not like the way they look?
EDIT: Sorry, I didn’t even read that the purpose of this was to ID the dress. Don’t know.

Is the first dress long to your feet or tea length?

hey fyi on the Justin Alexander dress – I found about a $1500 difference in pricing between different shops. If you pick this one, be prepared to haggle.

the justin is full length and I’m just not crazy about the flowers under the sash 🙂

@wampler0311: I think if you’re gut isn’t telling you one way or another, then you should try more dresses on. Branch out into different shapes. Your figure looks like it could carry off a mermaid or fit and flare shape. 🙂

The first one is Justin Alexander 8483. 8465 is the tea length version. I’ve heard of pricing around $1200 for this dress.
I’ve never seen the 2nd one. But I will say I like the 1st one better! It’e beautiful and little more fun whereas the 2nd one is more traditional.

LOVE the 1st, and search for tea length gowns on here and you’ll see it – it’s very popular among the Bees

I’m pretty sure the ladies are right about the first one being a Justin. At first I thought it was the ALLURE 2416, which is almost the same dress but with a sweetheart neckline. If you’re not crazy about the flowers under the sash of the JA try the Allure one. I think the lace looks like it is flatter.
Sorry, I don’t know who the second one is by.
