I would say that is about a .75 carat center stone.

I think this post is old enough that the OP found her answer, but thought I’d share: I agree with those saying the diamond in the photo is under a carat, but also that it will be confused for 1 ct or more to people who haven’t been intensely e-ring hunting.

My ring size is 4.25 and have two e-rings: 5mm and 6mm moissanites, which are equivalent in size to .5 carat and .8 carat diamonds. My 6mm moissanite is often mistaken for 1 carat because my hands are very small.

jenniferconnor :  Doing a little measuring with an image program, I’d place the center stone at 37% coverage, so .65-.8 ct. But, I agree with others to have a look at a B&M store. If your fingers have difference lenghts to the knuckle, then it may look smaller or larger on you.
