crackktheskyy:  Hah you can’t go wrong. These are some of the top wedding photographers in the country. And yep, Susan and Cliff are married and I see their styles melding really well together. Gabriel would be out for me just based on the music on his outdated website, and the rounded corner crops on his blog, haha. If you have the budget for Susan or Cliff, go for them.

crackktheskyy:  Susan, hands down. She’s one of the leading photographers in the industry and her work is not only amazingly beautiful but it’s consistant and you KNOW what you’re going to get. Susan and Cliff are married, and while their styles are very similar, I still prefer Susan.

I would pick either Susan or Cliff, I know they’re married, but also because both of them are extremely well respected in the industry. They’re in a different category than Philip – I would consider either Susan or Cliff one of the industry’s masters at what they do. Philip has a different way of light, he tends to go for less contrast. and I just don’t think his composition is as strong as the other two. I would highly recommend that you look at a FULL gallery and make sure there are photos that you’d like to have on your wedding day – you have to live with that decision at the end of the day.

crackktheskyy:  My photographer shoots everything in colour, then changes some to black and white if he wants. If I want that black and white photo in colour he will let me have the original unedited photo. So I don’t know if any of those photographers do this.

I personally prefer the second and third photographers, though they are all amazing. I find that the first one is very magazine type look. The second one captures a lot more emotions and also looks more natural. It depends on the style you prefer because they are all not the same at all.

crackktheskyy:  … I love looking at photography it’s been one of my favortie things to do before and now that I m engaged!

With that said I must share, I cannot see the frist photographer as I am at work. The second is what made my heart sink. The third’s is beautiful.

I was a bridesmaid in my brother’s wedding and the second photographer was their photog. I could go into more detail but don’t want to bash someone in a public forum. Just know my brother and SIL were untimately unhappy with the photos they recieved and some of the treatment towards my immediate family during their wedding day. I know everyone has bad days and I hope that, that was the case for him.

My vote is for #3 but I will come back and peek at #1 when I am home from work 🙂
