I am choosing between two belts at the moment.
I have my dress ordered from Romona Keveza. I have a stock photo and a real life photo of almost my dress (minus the one arm tulle ‘sleeve’).
My main concern is that the one belt is distracting since the dress fabric goes on an angle.
They are from Millie Icaro in case you want to check out the website.

@lolobean84: #2 all the way! I think the second belt has a softer shape. It is more romantic and more pleasing to eye. The first one has a more modern/edgy look and geometry of the belt is a little too much.

In all seriousness, I think belt #2 would work the best. The soft, graduated shape would flow better with the romantic feel of your dress and would help your waist look smaller, instead of wider. Also, the bling is more concentrated, so it doesn’t look too Texas rodeo.
The design of the first belt, while very pretty (and a bit art deco inspired), is not as flattering to the waist as the second. The alternating patter, instead of drawing the eye inward (thus making you look even slimmer), would instead widen the look of the waist since there is no true central focal point on the belt.
Graduated = beautiful and slimming
Geometric = beautiful but confusing

@lolobean84: Beautiful belts! I agree that the first, while certainly striking, is a bit distracting from the dress. The second belt flows better with the overall lines of the dress and would be more flattering and slimming too.

Thank you everyone for your input. My favourite belt was #1 but I am thinking it might just be too heavy for the delicate fabric of the dress and would suit satin better. Im not as concerned about it making me look bigger than I am, but I see your point.
Still undecided though honestly.

I really love this Vera belt too. $1300 is pricey though, so I would be looking to by it second hand.
