This looks great! You might want to include more details to it though if you’re going to be handing out the schedule to others. My timeline has “When”, “What”, “Where”, “Who”, “Main Contact”, and “Items Needed”. I plan on handing them out to my Day-of coordinator, my bridesmaids, the groomsmen, and the photographers.

I think having all the extra information helps so everyone is on the same page. 🙂

Well thought out itinerary there! I have two things that I’d switch, however:


11:15-Bridesmaids get dressed

Remember, you have 1 hour and 15 minutes of primping while the bridesmaids are completely ready. Maybe you could go ahead and have them get ready prior to the snack, and then when you are in hair & makeup they can eat and relax, do last minute touch ups, etc. Then, they will be well-nourished once it’s time for you to get into your wedding gown and ready to charge down the aisle with you. Suggest to them to bring a robe, unless you are giving those as bm gifts, and they can have that over their dresses in case of spills/crumbs. 

3:45- Cut and serve cake and punch

4:00- Take bridal pictures as a married couple

Once you cut the cake and have a toast your guests are going to be eager to congratulate you. I’d suggest going ahead and taking pictures for 25 or 30 minutes after the ceremony, and then join your guests and cut the cake. They can still enjoy some punch and light snacks while they wait. They won’t mind waiting longer than that, I’m sure
