I might have missed it, but maybe a sling or other baby carrier that you wear?

I would get something to use as a basinette or temporary sleeping arrangment when you first get home.  I know in my house I will not want to be going up and down the stairs at least the first few days, and I also want to have the baby next to me for a few weeks in our room so we are using the Rock N Play Sleeper.  It got great reviews, has multiple uses, and is easy to move from room to room.

Stroller?  Also, check the laws re: car seats.  Obviously, it likely differs from state to state/different countries, but here in Canada car seats technically expire 5 years after they are manufacutred.  (Federal Transportation safety law).  Looks like you’re pretty organized!  Good Luck!

List looks great!

I would suggest a HydraSense Nasal Aspirator. The little bulb ones don’t work this best. This, may seem gross, but you suck it, like a straw to get the little boogers out (don’t worry there is no way you can get them in your mouth! lol). It works amazingly!

How about:

– Diapers

– White noise machine/sleep sheep

– Side snap shirts (supposedly easier to put on newborn and better for umbilical cord healing than onesies)

– Extra crib sheet (for when one’s in the wash)

– Nightlight (so you can feed/change diapers in relative darkness)

– Small table for next to glider

The ergo carrier for sure. It was the best baby item I owned hands down. Loved it. Everyone should get one.
