I am a strong advocate of working out…as I have NEVER lost weight ANY other way…
Maybe because I stuck at diets? But I do enjoy working out…
Problem is: My gym closes at 9 and I work.. I have fitness DVDs at home but I am too tired with this season’s work schedule to come home & even think about doing any of them.
Has anyone tried slim-fast without working out? I am thinking I should drink a couple of those a day with a salad or something and just DIET for once in my life….suggestions?
Note: I have those stubborn 10 lbs to loose, other than that I’m what most would call “thin”. That’s why I want something dramatic…because a slow paced diet won’t kill my stubborn last 10lbs.

You will loose from a slimfast or two and salads, but when you eat normal after the wedding , you will probably feel like your blowing up!
Can you excercise before work? What are your hours?

Can you try to incorporate walking more? Go to the gym in the morning?
I’d food journal for sure, but i don’t know if i’d rely on slim-fast….seems like a quick solution that probably isn’t that healthy, or long-lasting.

I am not loosing for the wedding actually..I am already married and all that honeymoon food and good cooking as gotten to me…as well as birth control:( But I plan to be off of b/c in the next 4 months, as we’re going to Try TC. So, basically I want to just loose what the medicine made me gain….But as soon as OCT begins I can work out again so I’m not too concerned with the weight coming back…..But I don’t want to drink that disgusting stuff for a month for nothing:((
@babybluz: Thanks for your reply…You had a good idea: Walking more….sounds easy enough. I could park REALLY far away everytime I’m at work or running errends…that way I walk more….
Any other wprking out is probably not going to happen until I quit in Oct. so I can resume school…where i’ll most likely enter a fitness class of some sort…
