I got paper bags at Michaels. This is probably a bit more cutesy/country than what you’re describing, but here’s a pic my mom and I took to show the coordinator how we wanted it set up (no pro pics yet):

Does your wedding have a theme? What you put the candy in can vary a lot!

IE small tin buckets for a country chic wedding, or matching square vases (dollar tree) etc.

Having containers at different heights adds visual interest. You cna find great glass containers at places like Tuesday Morning, T J Maxx, etc

I would keep the jars simple-clear or colored glass, no decorations, maybe just labels

Are you looking for fabric or paper favor bags?

http://www.papermart.com/ has lots of bags

these are cute cello bags that come in various color combinations

takeout favor boxes are also cute:

Here’s a wiki on candy buffets:

I’m using the same colors as you! We are using mason jars for our candy buffet gift bags. They will also double as our seating chart. I’m going to paint the number of the table my guest are sitting at on the jar. I will also tie a ribbon and attach the persons name on the jar that way.
For the candy jars themselves I just going to attach ribbon to them and the name of the candy that is in the glass.

My colors are not the same, but this is what I did to the outside. I bought my bags at foryourparty.com and had them printed with our name on them. The bags are clear with stamped gold. I just had them on our ottoman.

I also had free stickers printed off of vistaprint for the bag seals

@OttawaBride2011: The candy IS the decoration. Dont try to decorate the vases because it will take away from the candy colors matching (which is why you are doing the candy buffet in the first place) or complementing the rest of the decor. For bags I am using clear cellophane bags because I want the colors of the candy to be seen.
