I need ideas for fun frames or something creative that I can put a picture of a group of girlfriends that I have at work that are really special to me in. They took me to Vegas to celebrate before the wedding and although they weren’t in the wedding I want to thank them for taking me to Vegas. I thought doing something fun with our picture would be a nice idea to give to them at our Girls Christmas get together next friday (the 17th). The picture is of us at my wedding not in Vegas, one of my friends was sick and couldn’t make it.
Thanks

Walgreens has some cool stuff, like mugs or puzzles. Have you checked out their photo center?

What about a shadowbox? Then you could add a pair of dice, and whatever else you can think of to commiserate your adventure!

I posted this in your DIY thread as well, but in case you don’t check on that I’ll cross post here. 🙂
You could do something like I did for my in-laws. My hubby is from the Netherlands and I’ve stayed with him at his parents house for 6 months out of the last year and a 1/2. The last time I was there, my hubby and I went to Madurodam and got a great picture! I thought they’d like to have something nice to hang on their wall that was recent of their son, so I dec’d out a frame for it! Here’s what I came up with:

The frame was a simple black shiny frame that was bigger then the picture. We got matting to add inbetween and then found stickers and pictures that tied in with what we saw at Madurodam. I used sticker letters to title the picture so it was clear were it had been taken. I added some blue paper behind some of the pictures to help make it pop, and then added the crystals in various sizes to use up some of the blank space and just tie everything together.
I love how it came out and it made it fun and personal! 🙂 You could easily do something like that for the picture of your good friends!
