I’m putting personalized lip balm/chapsticks in my oot bags. The wedding will be in the Bahamas and the current flavors are Bahama Berry, Caribbean Coconut, Tahatian Tangerine and Key West Lime. I’m in the process of desiging my own labels, should I rename the last two flavors (since they don’t have anything to do with the Bahamas) or leave them as is? I was thinking Tropical Tangerine and I need something for the Lime.

The Bahama Breeze resort is known for their Key Lime Pie. Maybe you can called Bahama Breeze Lime? Or just Bahama Breeze maybe?

I don’t think they all have to have “Bahamas” in the name. I really like the names you chose. But then again I’m obsessed with all things tropical haha

@hisbahamamama: I like the names you had–where did you find tropical flavors? We’re currently on the hunt for some.

I think all the names you have sound very tropical, even if they technically aren’t bahamian!

Thanks everyone! I’m keeping the others and I really like the bahama breeze lime. I’m also leaning towards “Fly’s hate Lime” because I have memories of a Bahamian friend saying it over and over as he squirted lime on my fish to keep the flys away. 🙂 I bought the lip balm 2 for a dollar at dollar tree! I got them last spring/summer so look out for them coming soon since I see flip flops and beach toys out. I drove to all the dollar stores in the ares to get enough! They also have a watermelon and blue rasberry three in a pack for a dollar I grabbed for the pre-teens.

Just make sure you spell it “Flies Hate Lime” (not “fly’s”).
