@brideanjeza:  Oh, darling.. I’d love to tell you, but my florist worked her magic on that one..!  I only gave pics of what I wanted, but have no idea how everything was executed :T

@Baroness_Meg:  Hey Meg, ooh guess what?  My lanterns when I bought them were black as night haha.  I spraypainted each and every one of them gold..!  It was a nice project to bring together my dad and hubs haha 😉

This is the inspiration of what we’ll be doing. We have small sqaure vases that we will be filling the bottom with some blue gems. Then floating a single blue rose on top and scattering some blue and white rose petals around it.

@wabanzi:  This is super cool and gorgeous!

These are mine…(sorry for the photo mash-up- too lazy to cut out the centerpiece alone).

We saved antique vases from thrift stores, combined with dusty miller in antique silver vessles (can’t see it here), succulents, plus candles, on a wood slab.

You can see some of the vases and flowers, etc, better in this snapshot of our escort table:

@FoolsintheRain:  Wow! I love your escort table decor.  Beautiful!

Thanks for the compliment on my painted flowers.  I’ve made about 60 so far, about 80-ish left to do.

February 2013 wedding. I loved the pops of the pink/peach amaryllis and dusty miller. We had a combination of tall and short centerpieces. The two tall centerpieces on the left were bigger than the others.  We used them for both the ceremony aisle entry and our moms’ tables.  I also included a pic of the bouquets so you can see how everything looked together.

@brideanjeza: I cut them off myself.  VERY time consuming cleaning and cutting all the bottles…  I orginally wanted to just have 3 different sized ones on each table but after I found out how much work it was I scaled it back considerably.

@futuremrsslp:  Help yourself, feel free to contact me for any advice. If you like blue mason jars, the company re-released new ones in blue for their anniversary. They’re much more affordable than the ones I collected. Had these been released when I started collecting, I’d have opted for these. They don’t have the “old feel” that mine do, but I paid almost $5 a jar sometimes depending on the auction I won.

Here are my inspiration pics:

We are using silver buckets with glass tealight holders filled with candles (like pic 3).  But we are doing orange roses in the bucket (similar to pic 2).  We are scattering white seashells around the tealights and centerpieces (like the sea glass is set up in pic 1).  Finally, we are adding a sugar starfish (like in pics 1 and 2.)  The tablecloths will be turquoise to add another pop of color.
