For a loooooong time, I was not a fan of yellow gold. I think it’s because I really wanted white gold for my ERing, but it just wasn’t available at the time DH and I got engaged. So I kind of felt forced into getting yellow gold for my ERing. But, over the years, I’ve come back around the other way. Now, I love the rich look of yellow gold. (I still adore my white metals, too. I’m a magpie, and I realized I basically love it all. Ha, ha!)
For our past anniversary, DH let me give my ERing a little “face-lift”. It originally had diamond baguettes, and he said I could replace those with blue sapphires. Now, I LOVE the fact that my ERing is set in yellow gold even more!

Thanks! But I don’t think you should upgrade, I think it’s beautiful as is!! It’s beautifully proportioned to your hands and a halo might take it away!

Yeah, I’ve been thinking about it. I don’t think I want to get a halo. There is something so classic about a solitaire. I plan on getting a 2.50ct forever 1 or 3ct. I’m leaning more towards the 3ct forever 1.

Sorry babes. I bought it at a random Indian jewelry store! I only found 1 that is similar online and it’s pretty pricey https://www.sofiakaman.com/jewelry/wedding-and-engagement/eternity-bands/gold-diamond-dangle-pod-chevron-pave-band-stacking-ring/
Thanks!! I’m pretty in love with it.

One picture is fuzzy but it really does show the gold.
