So I made it through my wedding day! Everyone loved the dress. I never even went to the bathroom that day, so I didn’t get to test out how bathroom works. My button did popper and I went into hysterics. Picture of the back with that button popped off. Thankfully I had my sewing kit and my dad’s Sews. So make sure you have a sewing kit. There were a lot of little strines that were hanging from the bottom of the dress that my alterations didn’t see So have small sharp scissors handy. You will need double-sided tape because the lace at the top of the illusion that folds over. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m happy to help!hole is where the

bey2015:  omg hunny you look drop dress gorgeous. Your veil,  hair and everything!  I been following this thread since day one. Said yes to her in December and my wedding is September!  Had my first fitting. My only feedback is because the bodice is thin and less structured,  without a boning that runs lower than the waist,  I felt that it didn’t hug body as well as i wanted. . but after seeing your photos,  it gave  me more reassurance that yes the dress will hug my body and create a hour glass!

Thanks for sharing! !

You looked stunning. That cathedral lace vei!!l. I bought two veils because i couldn’t decide. But now you’ve really helped make up my mind,  definitely going for the Lace Cathedral one. !!

Loved how you wore the straps. Also did you get a bustle? Looks like your dress tail was kept down for reception?

Ladies i need your help! Tried on the dress today and it was perfect. It was my fourth fitting. Skin tight just like how i like it. Then i tried sitting down and it was a challenge. The dress was too tight at the hips. So it was taken out. I was able to sit. Call me paranoid but now it’s puckering and bunching at the crotch area and it’s driving me nuts!  I wanna take it back in but my friend who was at the fitting with me says i am going nuts and that only i would notice such details and no one else.

The lace on this dress is more fine and delicate and the fabric weight is not thick so any loose areas would cause puckering.

Need your help. How is your dress on you?  Were you able to sit?  Was your dress tight enough to avoid puckering? Should i take it back in.  Picture above is after they took out inches around hip to upper knee area.

When i first got into my dress i felt it was a bit tight and hard o sit in but it did loosing out and was very light and comfortable all day, its such a beautiful dress and so many people said it was the nicest wedding dress they had seen in years. i have decided to sell my dress cause i dont want to leave it sitting there for years, i wore  a uk size 12 but had it taken in, i added the belt, im not sure the name of the belt as i bought it in the shop wherei bought the dress, my veil was San Patrick …cathedral leinght and it was so beautiful, im 5.5 and wore 3in heels.

best of luck to all the girls still to wear your dress.
