We are having ours this coming weekend and I’m still debating on what to wear. We have 2 wardrobe changes to make and I have no idea what will look nice in photos! Please post yours here ๐ Thanks

We did a casual outfit, and something a little more dressed up for the evening part of our shoot. I didn’t do my hair, and I did my own make-up (which was not even close to heavy enough). I would definitely recommend doing both a few times for practice before your shoot, or if you can afford it, get it professionally done.
Here’s a pic for comparison when I got my hair done (hair trial) and did much heavier make-up
I wore a short black dress with a cardigan and boots. It came down to the wire for me and I just couldn’t decide what to wear so I threw it together. I wish I had spent more time picking out an outfit, but it turned out alright.
I wore a short white dress and some shoes with a pop of color. My Fiance wore a nice shirt and some nice jeans.
We did 3 outfit changes – 1 casual and 2 formal. Ours was done in the snow, cause we wanted something different, classy, and fun. For photos, I’d say stay away from prints and shiny material (like satin). Texture and fabric is more important. In our casual shoot, I made sure everything from the blanket to our sweaters, scarves, and mittens had a nice cozy texture. They all photographed well and gave off a nice feel in the pictures. With my fancier outfit, it was all about flow. A dress with movement will ALWAYS photograph well and I think photographers secretly love them. Haha.
We only did 2 outfit changes and we only changed our shirts.
@SoontobeMrsAM: We really like vibrant colours, but we wanted to make sure that we complimented each other and our complexions, so we went with these outfits and didn’t have any outfit changes (FI took his sweater off part way through).
we wore two outfits – one casual and one dressy. For the casual i wore blue jeans and a cream and pink stripped shirt with wedges. For the dressy i wore an emerald green dress with nude pumps. Your best bet is to dress like you! what you would normally wear that lets your personality shine through…
We just had one outfit chosen and did something not too casual, but definitely not formal or dressy. We stuck with our own style! ๐
My Maid/Matron of Honor did a shoot for us and I wore this white lace dress and boots. We have another next month and idk what to wear for that!
We just had ours yesterday so I have no pro pics to share, but here’s the dress I wore. I had a lace bolero and gold sandals to wear with it. Fiance wore jeans with nice shoes and a dark gray button-down shirt.
We had 2 outfits. I’m not really taller than Fiance, he just has a horrible habit of slouching ALL THE TIME.
