I’m not married yet but my engagment ring is a round solitaire with a plain platinum band and I definitely plan to purchase the matching plain platinum band. I love my diamond and don’t want a bling-y ring that might take away from it 🙂

.55ct round solitaire on a graduated band (2.5mm to 1mm at the shoulders) and my 3mm mobius band. Both in white gold

Engagement ring is just under 2mm wide. Wedding band is 2mm. Asscher diamond is 1.11 carats.

You know I’ve never actually looked at it that way believe it or not, now staring at my set and seeing my diamond “sprout” from the gold instead of two seperate rings that just sit nicely together. Is it possible to fall in love with your rings all over again?? 😂

Both of my bands are 2.7mm in width, bUT look skinnier because they are knife edge. My stone is half a ct on a sisize 7.5-8 finger
