tbenjamin4884 :  Very nice! But I do think it looks a little too small. But I hate a tight ring, it gives me a claustrophobic feeling. Here’s my only diamond solitaire, though I’m not sure it’s really a solitaire since it has a little under halo. I’m drawn to the bling!

redearthlady :  ah so we ended up selling my earth grown 2ct and replaced it with a lab grown diamond that is just the tiniest bit larger.  Happy to say that my new stone out performs my old one and is just killer In My Humble Opinion 😉 I’m really on the fence of getting my dream setting or keeping this stone as a solitaire…and I will gladly show off my new stone and setting lol!

jaqawilliams :  Wow! That is one amazing stone I know you must be in love with it! I’m thinking of resetting my solitaire to a 4 prong cathedral.

redearthlady :  thank you, I am ☺️  Do you have a picture of the setting you want?  Is it straight forward or are you doing any hidden stones, etc.?

jaqawilliams :  Right now I’m narrowing down exactly what I am looking for…pave’ or no pave’, double claw or single claw, surprise stone/side profile design/hidden halo(diamond scarf…there are so many options. I’m just making sure whatever I choose is the right decision because I dont want to be in a perpetual state of change when it comes to rings.

jaqawilliams :  that is such a stunning, clean setting! You really can’t go wrong with a classic solitaire. Your diamond is just lovely too- beautiful color return, so clean, and an eye catching size. ❤️

1.06ct F VVS2 Ideal cut set in rose gold. Size 5.25 finger.

Stone itself is 8.01mm x 5.84mm which is smaller than I had originally thought I would want, but when I tried on bigger stones, I didn’t like how they looked on my hand. So in love with my ring!

redearthlady :  do you have a picture of any rings that you just immediately love when you see them?  There is a ring from Forever Diamonds NY that I always go back to and I think it may be my dream ring.  But then I start talking myself out of it, afraid that I’ll miss the simplicity of my solitaire and the options I have to dress it up.  Oh the struggle, lol.

anangel :  thank you so much!  I really debated over keeping this stone because it was my first time purchasing a lab created diamond.  I quickly got over that silliness and love this stone like no other 😊
