I would go with the 1.25  it is looks better on the finger and it will help with the ring shrinkage.

I’m sure your ring will look stunning, no matter which size you choose! It’s funny, those sizes look much bigger on your fingers than on mine, probably because your fingers look so long and slender. I think they both look great on you though, but I do agree that shrinkage seems common, so maybe get the 1.25 so you don’t have regrets down the line? Do you work in a field where there is any concern for the ring being too big and getting in the way?
