I’m probably not doing the garter (just not into it), but have you checked etsy?  I can only imagine they have fabulous ones!

I don’t have a picture yet, but I’m getting my off ebay.  Should be sending it out this week.  It is in my colors, chocolate brown and burnt orange!  Can’t wait to actually have them in my hands!!!  Good luck on your search!

Keepsake & Toss - Black/Red

I took forever trying to find one, go to Garters by Kristi, they are great! She even sewed a little blue bow behind the keeping garter so i’d have my something blue!

I love tie garters! I´m DIY 2 garters, a very thick (3 3/8 inches) beaded lace tie garter using this lace:

I bought it from this etsy seller.

This are some pictures of cute tie garters:

Plus I´m doing a regular garter for the toss, using similar lace and the organza ribbon for the ruffles.

Hope this gave some inspirations! Maybe I will post the result

@StephinPA – I am hoping to get that same kind of reaction from my Fiance when he sees it at the wedding πŸ™‚

@RoddyBride09- It’s just great!  You don’t have too much longer to go!  What a few days?!

You have to tell us (if you remember) what his reaction was to the garter.

We’re not doing a garter toss, but I really would like to get one from Bleu Garters anyway. It’s just so bridal and they are absolutely gorgeous. Instead of elastic, it is lace with ribbon ties that tie around the back of your leg. (sounds weird, but it’s really pretty, in my opinion).

Actually, I may have just talked myself into buying one… πŸ™‚http://www.bleugarters.com/index2.php

I want to surprise Fiance with a camo garter. Everything about our wedding screams traditional, so I think he will be really surprised when he looks under my dress and sees that!

If we didn’t make our own, I would have gotten a bleu garter.  Ours were garter flask holders πŸ˜‰

I just bought a garter from Michael’s for like $3.99. Then I sewed a black and a gold bow on it (to represent Mizzou- where we went to college and met).

Total cost was about $5 and it is cute!
