This might not be what you’re looking for since the center stone in a round cut, but I haven’t seen any other rings with marquis cuts on the side stones so I thought I’d share!

Sorry, I ended up with a square brilliant cut. My aunt has a marquise, though, and that’s what I always wanted growing up until I saw the ring I ended up with :). I think it’s a gorgeous shape Laughing.

@Corykru: I know they’re few and far between. When I got mine I looked all over to find other people with them but didn’t turn up much.

Corykru, yours is sooo pretty. I love the way the diagonals wrap around the stone!!!

@Corykru: I think ring shapes go in and out of poularity.  I know lots of women in my mother’s generation have marquise cuts, back then princess cuts and cushion cuts weren’t very popular like they are now… it’s just about advertising and trends in shapes (imo) (try finding a marquise cut in a jewelry ad in a bridal magazine, it’s pretty hard)–

I love the marquise cut! I have one, It’s not an engagement ring it’s just a ring that my mother gave me.

I’ll take a picture of it when I get home from work.
