I am new here and would love to get some help in finding the perfect location! I want to get married in NY: either NYC or Brooklyn. I would love to get suggestions for a venue that can accomodate up to 20 people. I was looking at restaurants with beautiful private rooms. But I still haven’t found one that I love and that is not too expensive. My budget is very tight–hence my very small wedding. I want to have the ceremony outside and a small dinner after (the wedding will be on Saturday night 8 or 9–a short 10-15 minute one) I will appreciate all the suggestions! Thank you ladies!
I always pictured getting married outside while the sun is setting. I would love a restaurant that would allow me to use a small outdoor space and then a private room to have a small dinner. Please help! Thanks 🙂

Try the Brindle Room in Manhattan. They have a garden in the back and have a wedding package if you are interested.

one of my colleagues got married close to a waterfront restaurant with the reception at the restaurant it’s the one at the foot of Brooklyn bridge, there are several restaurants either side that have the manhattan skyline; a friend’s friend got married at Bubby’s in Brooklyn which also had a view of the skyline
I once saw someone get married in the Conservatory in central park on 105th, you just pay the $15 license; it was quite beautiful just a few people around watching
there’s also this old beautiful townhouse in the west village that holds ceremonies I’m forgetting the name but has numbers in its name

I’m not sure of the prices, but I suggest looking at the Andaz Wall Street rooftop. It has amazing views, great food, and offers an intimate setting for a small wedding.

This one isn’t in brooklyn or nyc but close enough and its absolutely amazing not to mention affordable. Limani in Roslyn. They have a beautiful private room and they offered me a free place to hold my ceremony as long as I was out by 4pm in time for them to open then we could all go back for dinner around 5 pm

Also, Aurora in Williamsburg – http://www.auroraristorante.com/ or Rye http://www.ryerestaurant.com/
or really any Williamsburg restaurant!
You could have a ceremony at the East River state park, then walk to a cute restaurant!
