I’m not “full figured” but I am not extremely thin either, and I’ve found that for me personally I feel most thin and attractive with my hair down. I think having some hair down balances a larger frame. I just automatically feel 5 pounds heavier with my hair back as I feel like it accentuates the roundness in my face if I’m carrying any extra weight.

I think you can pull anything off being full figured, it comes down to confidence. My opinion is if you hair is all up make sure a few curls are around your face just to brake up the roundness of your face (it makes me feel better). But its up to you what u want ๐Ÿ™‚ and like.

And im in the same boat re: weight and photos :/ so over stressing about how im going to look. Good luck ๐Ÿ˜€

I thought i wanted my hair mostly down and curly- pinned back so it stays outta my face, but once my sis in law did a trial run i really loved the curls, and she said it looked good, but my fiance( whos opinon is most important to me) said honestly that it made my face look fat ;( so i need to rethink what i want to do. ( and no hes not mean, he was just being truthful with me when i asked) So now i really need to play around with my hair more, of just let it grow out more. Would love to see what other brides are doing with their hair!

I think down/half up is better since it gives you a little more softening to your shoulders. I’m pulling two little sections back in braids and leaving the rest down and curly. I think the biggest thing here is to find a hairstyle for your face shape. If you have a round face then you want height, or for the thickness to be below the mouth/chin so that it doesn’t add bulk to your face.

I have extremely fine hair. It was a miracle they could produce something that looked as full and lush as this. I was hugely impressed and it lasted well all day ๐Ÿ™‚

I know it is a little dark, but I looooved my hair. I did not love the 70 mph winds that destroyed it by the end of the day, but for the first half it was beautiful! lol
