Regular clothes, I’m the one standing with the Navy hat.

It’s not a good quality pic, but here’s the sample

My dress goes a long way to making me look good!

@basketballwifetobe: I have to ask you what dress is that?  It looks very similar to my dress (which I am yet to see in the flesh!) And it looks beautiful on you, and seeing as We are similar in size I’m getting excited that I will look just as beautiful as you do!

My problem area is my hips. I have a 14″ difference between my waist and hips.

@smcgirly01: Thanks for the complement. I am seriously grinning from ear to ear. 🙂 My dress is named Camille, and she was made by Ian Stuart. Ian Stuart isn’t a very popular designer here in the US, but he should be. His dresses are amazing. The fabrics and construction are out of this world, and his style is so distinct and classy.

I love this thread!! Here’s my street clothes pic, with my fiance at his cousin’s good-luck party before he deployed to Iraq:

And here’s my dress!

I love the corset back and the rouching that really hide my problem area (obviously my stomach).

Oh I love this thread, you’re all beautiful!!  I’m not dreading dress shopping as much now!!  I went once, I found a style I liked but it was way too much for our more casual wedding and I panicked….I guess we’ll see!
