Hey There Bees,
Looking for a little help. To preface this, I am 5’11 and weigh around 245 lbs. Since highschool graduation (10 years ago), I have gained close to 75 lbs due to general bad eating, lack of excerise, and medications. I’d like to lose at least 30-40 of that.
I’ve been trying to lose weight on and off for the last few years and can’t seem to stick to a plan. I’m starting over again though, starting with changes to my eating and going for walks.
I am going to be moving soon and may not live near a gym. I am looking for a workout video to do at home and need a recommendation. I have a friend who told me about Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred but is that really good for losing a decent amount of weight? What would you recommend?
