Does anyone else eat and eat and eat when their period is soon approaching? No matter what I eat or do I am always hungry and always wanting to eat. I am an extremely healthy and active person and always have what I am eating under control but during this time of the month I lose all control! Does anyone have suggestions with how to help this??

Make sure you drink plenty of water! And have healthy snacks often, to try to minimize your appetite.

I have the same problem – many small healthy meals seems to help.

Oh yes! I will eat anything and everything in site. I could eats the wallpaper off the walls on a bad pms day. :/

Yes. I usually HATE junk food (i’m not kidding, I crave a salad after even looking at chips) but right before my period… vanilla ice cream with fresh raspberries seriously gets me high.

I’m just like you. On Friday I could not get enough food in my belly, I wanted to eat everything in my house.
