Just dont make it a BIG bar of chocolate and you should be fine. Wink

Since getting pregnant I have eaten an entire tub of guacamole and a bag of chips for dinner on more than one occasion.  I think this rule also applies to PMS.  🙂

no way jose!!

I had hummous and pita for lunch which nutritionally isn’t too bad for you! Just don’t overdo it on the chocolate and I’m sure it’s no prob!

Go for it but remember that usually the high from eating yummy foods doesn’t last very long.  You might want to try and get some low impact exercise to get some happy endorphins flowing.
