I’ve been working really hard to lose weight over the past two weeks, and since I’ve been PMSing for the past week (I started yesterday) I’ve lost nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada. The numbers on the scale have been stuck there.
Which, I guess is kind of good- since I usually go up. It’s just extremely frustrating…so hopefully once it’s over I’ll see a big shift down in my weight! 😛
Anyone else have crappy weight loss results when its that time of the month?

I hear ya! I managed to to the gym at the start of the week but the last four days, nope! And I wont be going over the weekend. I find I just dont have the energy to do anything

Not only do I NOT want to work out (something I hate anyway) but I mostly just want to eat (really healthy things…like chocolate chips straight out of the bag) and feel like I’ve been hit by a truck because I’m so tired I can barely get through the work day. I also have a annoying habit of picking stupid fights with my FH during this time…who very patiently knows what’s going on and that I will be crying apologies to him a few minutes later. So, amen sister. This thread made me laugh!

Ditto to all of the above! Why oh why did I decide the day before I got my period that I was going to give up fast food and soda cold turkey!?! My Fiance is really lucky he works nights, lol.

I feel the same way when im PMSing.. and it bugs me that Fiance doesn’t understand why i dont want to go to the gym.. i told him to put a oversized diaper on and try to work out lol

I know! I just feel absolutely groadie when it’s that time of the month, and the last thing I want to do is work out for an hour, sweat a ton, and become even more gross. Not pleasant.
So I sleep, scour the pantry and create weird food concoctions with tons of sugar, get bloated and fat, and become irritated and pissy about everything.
Yeah. Not my best moments. Glad to see I’m not alone!
