Haha, @Cariad:  I think I can beat that, I’ll get back to you in a week!

It’s so weird, I’m in the one week of a month that I feel somewhat normal. We ran out of cheese today, so I just made a sandwich without any. If that happens next week, I’ll cry.

@Cariad:  Aww, I totally understand what you did there. It’s all just a vicious circle of feeling bad aboout something, feeling bad/embarassed for feeling bad, and eventually just feeling worse :/

I’m glad I’m somewhat regular now, so I know where it’s coming from and it’s not that suprising anymore. But that still doesn’t make it easier to deal with!

This thread made me laugh because I was fully coming on to WB this morning to write a post about how overly emotional I was yesterday and how I COULDN’T STOP TEARING UP/CRYING. It was ridiculous. I cried/teared up because an interview didn’t go as swimmingly as I wanted it to, because I was feeling a little bit sick in the morning, because I had to take the subway for an hour, because I forgot to charge my e-reader, because I was bored at work. It goes on and on. I ended up coming home, tearing up because I was mad at myself for eating junk, and then turning on Marley & Me so I could just get it all out. Thank God Fiance wasn’t home, because me sobbing non-stop through like 90% of the movie because I knew what was coming was noooot cute.

I can relate- I get very, very weepy at certain times.

Besides, a good cry is very ‘cleansing’ so let ’em roll I say!

Ugh days like that are the worst!!! Is it silly that I teared up and laughed reading this?

I’ve had days like that. One night I had a headache but unfortunately(and fortunately) I picked up an extra job at a shipping facility. I was so frustrated because I got slammed with trucks to unload when all I wanted to do is go home. Every time a new truck would put up I would look around, open it up, walk in, and then start crying. I am usually a hard worker and I don’t complain but I have never been less motivated or whiny in my life. When I clocked out I was almost two hours past my normal leave time so I started crying again thinking about how I was too tired to drive home because I had been there so long and how it was so late I couldn’t eat when I got home(I’m not sure why I got that in my head)

Sometimes it’s good to cry though. When I have days like that I find crying helps clear it all out so I can address any issues with a level head.

@Cariad:
haha it really is. Looking bad now I have to laugh at how silly I must have look. Pouting, throwing open truck doors, and crying. What a brat!

The worst part is when I’m having one of those cry about everything days it’s not a normal cry. It’s a full on snot bubbling, drooling, mascara running, meltdown of epic proportions.
I could watch a commercial about abused animals and instantly my mind would race to the time my parents got rid of a cat I brought home when I was 13. From there it turns to how much my mother drove me crazy as a kid.  Then it goes to how selfish I am because some people don’t have mothers.
It’s all so melodramatic and teenage angsty. lol
