Wow. So they bought that dress from Church street bridal and now they’re selling it for $200 more then they payed. Assholes.

@beautifulmama28:  It looks like it was purchased as a sample from Church Street Bridal. It does have the same stitching as mine, (Pnina name on the inseam) so I think its probably authentic.

@AmyFarrahFowler:  it was. They s/s’d the csb photo in CSB’s facebook page. I’d bet anything THIS is why they started charging more then they used to.

The seller did admit that thats where they purchased it (though they didn’t call the store by name). I’m guessing the additional $200 covers the supposed cleaning. I would like to think that they bought it and changed their mind though I’m inclined to believe they bought it to flip it and make a profit.

wow never mind I googled it…very cool! And yeah if they sold it for more than they paid thats crappy…I have a brand new dress ive had for sale for months thanks to dress regret and what I can tell you is unless its a high designer name your gonna lose $.

At least they didn’t make a huge profit off it though if any

I never understood the fascination that some brides have with Pnina gowns.  I love watching Say Yes to the Dress, but it gets tiring when they blatantly promote Pnina gowns all the time.

@CestTresJolie14:  I hope I didn’t offend you by my previous post.  There’s actually a beautiful $26K dress of hers that I loved from the show.  The skirt was full of gorgeous rosettes.  But if you watch the show, every other dress is a Pnina.  For a salon that says they have THOUSANDS of dresses, you would think that they would pull some other designers more often.

@MrsD2Be:  I absolutely agree that on the show they really promote Pnina, mainly because she is their in-house designer, there are many, many other dresses they feature, but don’t always state the designer. I have a Pnina gown and its nothing like the see-through, over the top gowns. Pnina has many beautiful dresses but for some reason they only like to feature the gaudy ones.
