I’ve decided to do my own pocket fold and wedding invite b/c 1. Pocket folds are crazy expensive and 2. I’m sure the price would increase more b/c of the Bilingual nature of the invite 😉
I’m planning to do a 5.5×5.5 pocketfold invite to fit in a 6×6 square envelope. I’ll post directions and pictures in the end 😉 (Probably in about 1 month)
The left side will have the bilingual invite and the right side will contain a direction card one side will be english the other in spanish. A map card and a Details card. On the outside I will tie in the RSVP Card.
Details Card: This is my question? Is it tacky to include this. This is basically going to tell what time the ceremony starts and ends and the reception starts and ends, only b/c we have the place for such a short time and I want ppl to make sure that its only a few hours in case they decide to come late.
I’m getting all the supplies and stuff for $90! including S&H and from that I will get the envelopes (both for the invites and RSVP) the metallic card stock and 2 other color solid card stock. So I’ll get 50 invites and 100 menu cards from that! I’m hoping to be able to squeeze in 60 program guides from that too (1 per family/couple) Which I think its an unbelievable bargain!
