- Wedding: August 2012
I have a little care package/gift for my Fiance that I plan on giving to him the morning of our wedding. It’s going to be a little bottle of liquor for his nerves, a package of sock for his “cold feet”, a Citizen watch, and a boudoir photo book.
I’ve written a little poem to go along with the gift, and I need help with one section…I’ve run out of ideas! A little help would be much appreciated!
Here’s what I’ve got so far:
The gifts in this box are for you and I pray,
They help things go smoothly on our Wedding Day!
I know you’ll be stressed, which no one deserves,
So open box 1 to help calm you nerves.
Today’s a big day, so please don’t retreat!
Open box 2 in case of cold feet!
For me tardiness is close to a war crime,
So open box 3 and you’ll show up on time.
Tonight booze may try to prevent penetration,
But open box 4 for a little inspiration.
And this is where I need a little help. I was thinking something along the lines of waiting for this day for a while, I’ll see you at the other end of the aisle. And ideas ladies?!
