I am nervous that the light grey is too similar to the blue tones in your dress (which looks like a light steel-grey-blue to me), so I voted for charcoal!

Depending on the number of bridesmaids and their coloring / location in the line, what about a blend of all three so that you have an ombre look?

prettyinpink14 :  light grey, hands down. The ivory dresses make your dress look really “cold” and he charcoal make your dress look dingy.

I think the gray looks too similar to your dress, and I think the charcoal looks too much like the wall colour/blends with the space. I LOVE the ivory, and it will also make your dress stand out as gray/blue in photos, whereas if you go with a gray/charcoal dress it will look more white, being the lighter colour in photos.

If you were open to other colours I’d probably do something totally different.

I agree with PPs that ivory/white is too close to your dress, but the charcoal blends in too mch with the space. I liked the suggestion of an ombre look with different girls in different colors. I was also thinking that a dress with a slightly blingy, art deco look, kind of like this, might complement both your unique dress and that gorgeous venue well: http://www.adriannapapell.com/images-only/beaded-blouson-gown-889448664964.html?CAWELAID=120296490000001032&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Shopping_Brand&utm_term=PRODUCT+GROUP&gclid=CjwKCAjwzYDMBRA1EiwAwCv6JlGGdmlC7O96BbYAAo3czqS8fecZegvQWaJm67EBOX0CJOSIewmWIRoC2B0QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Interesting colour! Should go well together with your dress I imagine 🙂

I would do with grey or charcoal bridesmaids dresses. I think that it’s a classic combination

Personally I would go for a gold or golden champagne color, or a lavender purple like one of the PPs posted. Definitely not white. White is too close to yours and it makes it look a little monotone.

One thing to note with colored dresses is that my dress was a TRUE yellow/with some cream ivory, like really ivory. And in the pics that my photographer took, it looked very white. When I was dress shopping, I was considering a blush champagne dress and a bridal store consultant told me that in pictures the dress will always look a lot lighter, especially if it is already light and bright outside. Looking at the stock photos for my dress definitely shows this to be true (because if I had seen the pics before I found my dress I’d have been like, “No I don’t want a white dress! :p).

Be sure to mention to your photographer you definitely want the blue in your dress accentuated in pics (after all, you bought the dress because you liked the color in it!).

    I absolutely love your venue!!!!

And I chose white in the poll because, while I also really liked the grey, I felt the white played up the blue of your dress better. But I see you’ve accomplished this with those stunning blue gowns. Beautiful choices- yours & theirs.
