Yes, but I don’t have an e-ring, just a band. So I don’t have to worry about it catching on anything.

@VintageMartini:  I never take mine off! Well unless I’m in the flower bed. That is about it.

I don’t want to lose it, so it never comes off.

I always take my e-ring off for basically anything. We have a ring box on the night stand, so it goes in there and my glasses go in the drawer, then I put both on in the morning. I think when it actually comes to the wedding band, I’ll always wear that, even when I’m showering etc.

I only take mine off when I shower, clean or doing a client’s hair. Other than that it stays put on my finger.

Mine comes off when I sleep bc I don’t want to damage the ring or my finger. I don’t sleep with any jewelry on.

I only take mine off when showering or something that gets my hands dirty.  I have a kitten who loves to play and paw at things, so I only take my ring off when I have to.

I take mine off to put on lotion right before bed. Other than that, it says on. Always.

I take mine off right before bed, they would bug me if I kept them on while trying to sleep.

I have a ring holder by the bed for my engagement ring.  The jeweler even cautioned me to not sleep with it on.  For one, it hurts my hand – the diamonds twists around and pushes against my fingers – I wake up with big red marks.  For another, like the jeweler said, it can catch on sheets, etc, which you sleep and get yanked around or pulled off and lost.  Wouldn’t want to lose a prong while I slept.  Then – I put it back on after I shower.  I won’t put lotion or anything on with my rings on.  I take good care of them and keep them clean, I refuse to purposefully gunk them up.  Didn’t pay for an IF diamond to cover it with goo.  So – no reason to sleep in it, take it off, then put it back on, I just slip it on after I dress.

I would sleep with my wedding band, since it’s just channel-set, but I would take it right off before I got in the shower, so…

No. At first it was because I scratched myself and Fiance when I wasn’t used to wearing it. Now it’s just habit since I take it off to wash up for bed.

Unfortunately my fingers tend to swell overnight as a side affect from my IUD so I cannot sleep with my e-ring on. It has its home in its ring box on my night stand at night..
