My grandma left me a flower ring much like your dream ring, though the center diamond on her ring isn’t as big. It’s a beautiful, vintage ring, classic and timeless. Go for it!

annonywhatwhat:  Nope, I absolutely adore it and would have loved it as an Engagement Ring too! I’ve seen a few other people IRL with rings like that and I can never take my eyes off of them because it’s such a great design.

I think that ring is absolutely gorgeous. It’s so feminine!

WhenI think “juvenile”, I think of heart shaped rings. Idk why, it’s just an association I have between heart shapes things and  little girls. Does that mean I would ever judge a woman and think she’s childish for wearing one? No way, not ever! I would be happy for her because she’s engaged and the worst I would ever think is  “eh, not my taste.” An engagement ring is such a symbolic, personal thing that whether or not you personally like it means absolutely nothing unless it’s on your own finger. I’ve seen some rings on the bee that make me drool and others that I think are hideous but every single time I see someone share a ring they are proud of I want to smile because it’s nice to think of someone else feeling the same joy I feel when I look at my own ring.

So I guess what I’m trying to say is – go with the ring that brings you the most joy. The smile on your face is what will most influence how most people feel about your ring!

It shouldn’t matter what others think but I understand why bees ask. It nice when other people like something important to you. It’s not my style, however I think it’s very pretty and others have said its vintage-y too. I have been lucky enough to inherit this ring with a pink stone. I think it’s quite a timeless style. So even though it’s not ‘me’ I can see why youd love a diamond ring in this setting

Not at all! It’s gorgeous. In fact, I think I’ll be adding this to the list of possible settings for my mom’s diamond! 🙂
