N O P E I have never seen a dog in my entire life that would make me change my mind about dogs sleeping outside the bedroom only. Not even puppies (ESPECIALLY PUPPIES) lol

We have a 45 lb Australian shepherd / golden retriever mix. Sometimes he does sleep on the bed with us, but we have a Cal King and there is plenty of room. He likes to cuddle with us before bed or in the mornings, but unless it is super cold his preferred place of sleep is actually UNDER the bed. If its cold he will curl up in a ball by our feet sometimes.

Yes, we have two dogs, and they both sleep with us. They LOVE snuggling and we’re too soft to deny them. We have a queen bed, my husband and I are both pretty small people, and the dogs are small/medium (20 and 27 lbs). On Sundays, we do kick them out and let the cat sleep with us instead, haha. #CrazyPetPeople

sbl99 :  Our is over 100 pounds and very fluffy 🙂  He likes to fall asleep in bed with us, but then moves to the floor to sleep.  We upgraded to a king as well for this reason lol.  Growing up, my family dog was never allowed on the furniture but D.H.’s were.  I was anti furniture at first, but now all I want to do is snuggle with my big fluffy dog.

Our german shepherd will get up for a few minutes at night to snuggle then go and sleep in her own bed. The queen bed isn’t big enough for the 3 of us. She gets up with me when my husband starts his day, though.

Nope! Both of our dogs prefer to sleep in their crates with their memory foam beds. They go in on their own and go to sleep. We prefer to keep our bedroom pet-free (but I do sometimes let my dog lounge on the bed with me when FH is away traveling for work).

Yes and no? lol. Our pup is only 15kg and sleeps like an angel with Fiance but when he sleeps with me, he constantly has to be curled up behind my knees or stretches out and kicks me lol. For this reason, he doesn’t get to sleep with us, but he takes FULL advantage of snuggle time before bed! He crawls up between us and soaks up all the love. Then puts himself to bed on the spare bed for the night. When I get up, I let him go snuggle with Fiance until he has to get up. He’ll happily stay with Fiance until he gets up sometimes 3-4 hours! If I try to keep him with me if Fiance gets up early, he wines at the door until I let him out lol.

ETA: here he is all curled up on “his” bed <3

King bed, 2 dogs, me and a 6’3″/220lb man

My little girl – ALWAYS! She’s a 15 lb. Shih Tzu who I’ve had since she was 8 weeks old. So she doesn’t know any differently.

My little boy – Sometimes! He’s a 17 lb. Shih Tzu who I rescued about 7 years ago. Sometimes he’ll sleep at the foot of the bed, sometimes UNDER the bed. But he likes most of his snuggling done on the couch while I’m watching TV (and it has to be constant LOL).

Absolutely. Our little lady is quite the princess and tends to sleep on my pillow. She’s a primarily indoor, 11lb non-shedding Shih Tzu mix.

His name is Star and he is 12 years old. He has a VERY large frame, but he also loves to eat so he has been on a diet lately. He is now down to 21 pounds. echomomm :
