I wear a size 10 lol… I think you should add some of the larger sizes to get a decent result with the poll

Out of curiosity how many are you ordering? We are doing the same thing and I have no idea how many pairs to get.

I did this for my wedding (2 years ago), and if you go into the store, you will not have time to be making choices. There are a million people in there trying to get $1 flip flops (and they are thrown everywhere). I took my mom and 2 sisters who were instructed to grab as many navy and white ones as they could. We ended up with about 50 pairs, most of which were between a size 7-9. There were a couple pairs of women’s 5’s and 10’s and even a couple larger men’s sizes in there.

We had 150 people at our wedding and all but 3 pairs were gone…a woman’s 5, and 2 pairs of men’s 11.

    Hope that helps.

FYI: I’m pretty sure they’ll be $1 online as well.

I’m a regular shoe size 8.5 – that said, I have flip flops in a size 10 (just because that was the only size left).  My BIL has borrowed them and they barely fit his feet.  Same thing with Fiance.

I’d say err on the side of bigger than smaller – you can always wear a bigger size… but a smaller size is way uncomfortable!

@Shae726: Nope. Except they change it this year. It’s always in-store only and also, tomorrow’s sale is only for those with an Old Navy CC.

ETA: Sorry, last week was for CC holders. This week is for gen pop.

Tomorrow’s is in store only. Look at the ad.

Per KCL the sale tomorrow on 5/21 is for general public whereas the sale the week prior was for Old Navy CC holders.

Oh btw someone on another site made a good point. Just grab what you can and save your receipt and you can always go back on a later date to exchange for the right colors and size!

Another thing is I would probably buy larger sizes rather than smaller because its ok if they are too big its not a horrible thing but if they are too small then it is uncomfortable.

From personal expience old navy’s flip flops are a little narrow on the top part so the need to be a larger size.

I also would try to get as many as you can… even if it’s over the 30 you’re thinking of.  Better to be over prepared and take them back (even before the wedding) than to decide later you really wish you had more.

I went to the flip flop sale at Old Navy last year to stock up for my wedding this July. I also sent my parents to a store near their house. The limit was supposed to be 5 pairs per person but they let Fiance and I get 10 pairs each once we told them it was for our wedding. I just grabbed a bunch in the colors I wanted and then stopped to sort through them. Mostly bought 7-8-9 but a few smaller and larger to get a good variety.

I’m between a 5 and a 6…but usually go with 6 for flip flops b/c they’re easier to have a bigger size in.

Just make sure you bring a few people to help you buy them b/c I think there’s a limit on how many you can get.
