With Dear Daughter, it was about 15 weeks. I was laying on my stomach and felt something like a marble roll through my belly. With DS, it was later, around 18 weeks or so I think.

At 22 weeks or so, and I initially wasn’t sure it was the baby moving till it kept happening in the days following.

Soon2beMrsJennP :  My first pregnancy I had an anterior placenta, so it was in the front acting like a cushion. I didn’t feel baby until about 20-22 weeks. Second pregnancy I started feeling flutters at about 16 weeks.

It was right around 15 weeks, I believe and super super faint. I was actually reading a book that was explaining what the sensation felt like and then I felt it! Like a faint buzzing in my pelvis.

I was 14 weeks. I first felt movement during an acupuncture appointment, so I was totally still and not doing anything. I definitely would not have felt it otherwise.

24 long weeks for me! I have an anterior placenta so I think that’s what took so long. I sometimes felt strange movements in the few weeks before, but they weren’t definite “that’s my baby!” moves. Now I’m 31 weeks and have an incredibly active little guy—when I do kick counts, he gets to 10 in under 2 min. 😬

Around 22 weeks with an anterior placenta.  Felt like a tiny little flicks on my pelvis, lol!

16 weeks for me! It felt like a little bubble. By 20 weeks he was kicking the crap out of me all day every day 🙂

16 weeks. The best description I found of it that matched how I felt it was that it was like your eyelid twitching, but low in the abdomen. It was probably 18 weeks before I felt more distinct movement consistently on a daily basis, though.

For sure at 18 weeks. I think I felt it at 17 weeks too.

Around 18 weeks was when I felt something that I was sure was baby (also – have an anterior placenta). I really had to be focused to discern anything for a while.

Also – at that point movements were sooo not consistent. So, I’d feel something… then not feel anything for a few days… then feel something again. It felt like little twitches/ bubbles in my belly.

Some people describe movement as “butterfly flutters” and I literally have no idea what that means tongue-out

catmom17 :  You’re having a boy too?! Did I miss this somewhere, or am I just forgetting?!

Consistently felt our little guy at 18 weeks, I think I felt a few before but it wasn’t “That’s the baby!”

I’m 36 weeks now and he doesn’t stop moving. He’s stretching out my uterus as much as he possibly can looking for more room.
