I’ll have a beer or a glass of white wine once in a blue moon and that’s about it. Drinking was never my thing. I was always more of a smoker than a drinker.

I need the zero option! I’ve had 1/2 glass of champagne in 3+ years. I’m always pregnant or breastfeeding and I’ve never been someone that particularly liked the taste or needed alcohol to wind down, so I just quit altogether!

I like cocktails better than wine, but I really wish I could love red wine. It’s just so classy to have a glass of red wine with dinner! Has anyone developed a taste for it over time? I can enjoy sweet whites for the first few sips, but after that all I taste is the alcohol. Even more expensive types…

    0. With the exception of a glass of wine at Christmas. Alcoholism runs in my family and my mother literally drank herself to death. I got pretty out of hand a few years back… Drinking in the morning… Everyday… Using it as a coping mechanism.

I know i have a problem with alcohol… So unless i feel very secure in my choice to drink (that I will only have one…) Thats really the only time I drink.

Probably too much!  It’s kind of a thing in my circle.   We are all upper 30s-40s and we drink socially.  Last night we were at a charity event and I had 4-5 cocktails.

ill drink tomorrow at a festival.

I generally have about one bottle of wine per week, spread out. I don’t drink beer or cocktails, so it’s really just wine. Every now and again I’ll go out for a drink but mostly I just enjoy a glass at home after work in the evening.

I’m about 1-2 bottles of red every week and when going out to bars which isn’t that often I drink IPAs but only a few because they go straight to my head lol!!

Not a big drinker. Husband is though. We live in a state where medical/recreational marijuana is legal and I much prefer to smoke a bowl at the end of a long day instead of having a stiff drink. Darling Husband would rather have a few beers after a stressful day. To each their own.

I used to be famously dry.  I didn’t even drink until I was 21.  Then for first husband didn’t like drinking and alsomt didn’t marry me when he found out I did!

After that all ended now I drink occasionally 1 or 2 on one weeknight, and maybe a 1-3 on a weekend day.  We like to have fun on weekends!

Zero. Not out of choice, but drinking gives me a migraine. Boo! If I am feeling lucky once every few months I’ll have a good glass of wine or champagne.

    SAD.

I usually drink 1-3 glasses of wine or craft beer a week.  Sometimes more if there’s a festival happening downtown (our town likes to put on a lot of boozy festivals)or if we’re entertaining.  I live downtown in a town with a lot of restaurants/breweries/wine bars.  It would be very easy to go out drinking every night. On a normal week though I’ll just stay at home with my tea because the older I get the less I can handle the after effects of alcohol.

Most weeks it’s zero. Sometimes it’s a drink on a Friday night. My dad and my Fiancé both have a beer every day though and my mom has a glass of wine every night with dinner. Sooo maybe I’m abnormal. I just have too many bad memories from college throwing up because I drank too much. Used to be able to down two bottles of rum a night. 🤮

misty2007 :   morethanyesterday :  Hard Kombucha sounds so good! Hope I can find it here… My BIL also makes cocktails with kombucha that are so good. Lemony/honey ones with bourbon, Fruity ones with vodka, or plain kombucha with tequila and fresh lime etc etc. So good in the summer.

It really depends. Sometimes i go weeks or months without a single drink, other times I have a beer a couple times a week or a rum and coke or a glass of wine.

I dont think I go over 5 drinks per weeks unless we are at party or at a cottage.
