I have a diamond band, but I’ve had a classic white gold band.. I needed more bling so I opted for the diamonds instead 🙂 I do have a gap with the diamond band, but I’ve grown to really love it, gives it that vintage look

I had mine custom made to fit my e-ring. Most of my friends who are married have mostly-plain wedding rings with a couple tiny diamond accents either spaced evenly around the ring or on the top like mine.

I have channel set diamonds in my band. It took me a long time to pick and originally I wanted a plain band but I absolutely love the way it fits with my engagement ring.

I have a 3/4 pave eternity band that matches my e-ring, just slightly thicker.

Mine is hammered with milgrain, so metal but not plain?

I got married with only a thick, plain gold band, and this entire set was an upgrade. I still love and wear my plain band alone or on my right hand, but it was too thick to look nice with my er

loooove your set, op! It’s timeless ❤️

I almost went plain, but dh and I liked the little bit of extra sparkle, so we got a pave eternity, around 2mm. I like that there’s no metal to get scratched up!

I considered getting a plain rose gold band but couldn’t find one thin enough for my liking so I ended up with these dainty pave bands. My fingers are really small so I don’t like to wear all three rings together, but it’s nice to have options!

I have both.. I wanted some sparkle with my solitaire oval. When my husband proposed, the engagement ring setting unfortunately wasn’t my style, so we melted it down to a plain platinum band. I wear what I feel like each day, and travel with the platinum band.

alh56 :  your set is so pretty and classic!
I have a contour set diamond band, I think they’re very classic too and are a great combination of the plain band and diamond bands! I do plan on getting a plain band someday to wear when I want to change things up or wear just a band.

i don’t have my band yet– going to buy it and my fiancé’s band next weekend– but I am planning on a plain metal band. I tried on lots of fancier bands, but nothing looked right or felt like me the way a plain band did.

My grandmother told me recently that she hadn’t taken her wedding band off for 52 years– she had a surgery this year and they had to cut it off for safety reasons. I love the idea of the band being an almost permanent part of me like that. It’s not something I think I could manage with a band with stones as I’d have to be more careful than I would with just metal.
