My wedding band is a vintage double row diamond band. It is actually soldered to my e-ring. But I also like to add other bands here and there for fun. The one I’m currently wearing is a gold beaded/bead band.

thanks, I love it too…I thought I would wear the sapphire band most of the time, but I keep ending up in the plain one. Maybe for the holiays I can break it out some more.

I had my jeweller create something custom! I drew a picture of a “braid” on a napkin of all things and this is the perfection I got! I’m SO pleased!

A photo of the band by itself!

My parents have (well, had I guess. my mom upgraded for 30 years) plain gold matching bands so that is always what I envisioned. My engagement ring has a halo and a pave band, so there’s a lot of bling going on. When I tried on a plain band with it, I hated it. So I think I’m going to go for a matching pave band or a mixed stack

I opened the thread all set to write about our awesome pop and motown wedding band, saw the first option and thought, “wow, people have heavy metal bands at their wedding? That’s gutsy,” before I realized what type of “band” the OP meant.
my wedding band has a row of small diamonds that match the ones on the sides of my princess cut engagement ring.

I love my plain wedding band! Just what I wanted, down to the divets along the side – just like my parents have and you don’t see as much nowadays. It was my paternal grandfather’s ring.

I was looking for an alternating baguette/round band and I finally found it at Tiffany in San Francisco while on vacation. It was way more than I wanted him to spend. Not giving up, I found a pre owned ring I my size at a reputable ebay site. We bid back and forth a few times and settled on a price 50% less than new at the store. The ring in person was even more lovely than I remembered. I’m so happy with it.

I have a plain band currently, but I plan to buy a matching pave soon. I work in healthcare, so I’d like to wear the plain band daily and the blingy rings when I’m not working, so they don’t get covered in gunk.
