@NickysGirl14:  They are walking down the aisle and taking a seat, good point about which row I’m not entirely sure!  I’ll probably have them in the second row behind parents and grandparents, my sister will be in the front row though (also my MOH), his sister can sit on the other side with his parents I guess :-)!  I’m trying to keep it as “anti” bridal party as possible, they are all wearing the same dress (which I’m buying for them) but that’s pretty much it!

@calisunshine3404:  Since I am in Mexico, things are done a little different here.

We don’t usually have bridesmaids, we have “godmothers” who help in some little way in the ceremony.

I’ll have 8 girls on my bridal party:

    1 BM/FlowerLady

2 Bridesmaid or Best Man (One is my sister and the other one is a friend who will be master of ceremony in the reception)

    5 Godmothers

@MrsChristopher:  Thats what we are going for too (we also aren’t doing a head table or anything). I’m just having a tough time figuring out logistics. We will probably do the second and third rows for the bridal party but I can’t figure out if they should only walk up to the second row and sit right away (our aisle isn’t that look so that may look funny) or letting them go all the way to the front, stand at the front while I walk down and then go to their seats once I’m up there with my fiancé and the ceremony is about to begin. Thanks for sharing though ๐Ÿ™‚ you are the first person I’ve come across doing something similar!

I’m not sure how to answer your poll.  We had a maid of honor and a dude of honor, for a two-bride wedding.

I had two MOHs, and I’m SO happy I had a small bridal party!! DH had 3 groomsmen and an usher, worked out well.

Three.  Where I live, almost everyone seems to have two or three.

11 (2 MOH’s and 9 BM’s). I wouldn’t have it any other way. My girls have been extremely helpful throughout this whole experience!!!

I’m having two. Technically I have one maid of honor and one bridesmaid but I’m not really treating them differently. It’s weird with just two.
