I am having a hard time deciding! I feel like veils are pointless, feel costumey and a bit silly to be honest, but then I loooooove bridal photo shoots with veils, on other brides.
If I wear a veil, it would be until the ceremony, but as above stated, I feel a bit silly wearing one (even if it was just for the photo shoot), but I like them on other brides. hmm decisons.
I have a sparkly hair accessory I will be wearing but should I wear a veil or skip it?

I say do what you want 🙂 The veil doesn’t really have the meaning it used to so if you feel silly wearing it, then don’t. Maybe find another hair accessory to take it’s place?

veil it up…when can you ever wear a veil again?? And I agree the pics can be outstanding!

A veil, though certainly not required, does provide a very “finished” bridal look. Since this will be the only time in your life when you’ll ever have the opportunity to wear one, I would encourge you to go for it. As you said, you can always remove it for the reception.

Veil for sure! I wasn’t sure I wanted one, but, when are you ever going to be able to wear one again?!

oops I meant I would wear it until the reception, not ceremony 😛 thanks. I guess I wont say no to the idea just yet then. I guess because I have never worn one before obviously it is going to feel a bit strange at first!

if you feel silly wearing one then don’t wear one. It may portray through your photos of you being uncomfortable and feeling silly and i doubt you want that.
