I originally purchased a fingertip length veil, I really want to wear a blusher and thought they would look best together. However, after looking at pictures I just couldn’t get the cathedral length out of my head and teh cathedral length at David’s was only $20 more than the fingertip length one I bought (although I don’t recommend David’s for ANYTHING) so when I picked up my dress I tried it on with the cathedral veil and I was literally stopping people in their tracks so I knew I had to go with it. I just love the drama of the look.

I adore veils because it is such a romantic look. I’m not wearing a big ballroom gown, so I like the touch of glamour.

I’m wearing a chapel-cathedral length silk tulle veil with scattered 1.5mm swarovski crystals.

I think veils are gorgeous, but they are just not for me. My Fiance isn’t a huge fan of them either, so I’m going to wear a flower or comb or something else.

I am not wearing one becasue I don’t like what it stands for and it is more of a riligious thing and our wedding is not religious.

I’m wearing my sister’s fingertip veil.  I just think I’ll feel more bridal in it.  But I’m also wearing a jewel and pearl headband.  I’ll probably remove the veil for the reception.

I am going to wear a veil. More than likely I will get a cathedral length veil.

I think if you are on the fence go for it, you only get to wear a veil once in your life.

You know what? I was trying on wedding gowns, loving every second of it… and then the lady who was assisting me brings out veil. Not even a veil I particularily liked, but the second she put it on my head my eyes just filled with tears. The second I put it on I went from feeling like I was trying on gowns, to all of a sudden realizing what reality it was. I pictured walking down the aisle, I imagined his face… I just felt like a bride. After that moment I knew a veil was def. for me. In fact I ended up getting a chapel length veil! Very sheer, with nothing on it. It has a blusher, and the veil itself is actually removable, so the blusher turns into a shorter veil for the reception.
