I voted round solitaire with plain or engraved shank, but that isn’t entirely correct as I have an oval stone…it’s roundish at least.

Round with accent stones here, but they’re so small that sometimes I feel like it’s practically a solitaire, you can’t even really see them in this pic lol. 😛
