I’m planning a date night with my hubby and I want it to be something fun, a little adventours, and a nice break from the norm.
Here are my 3 ideas, what do you think would be most fun?
-Meet at a wine store, pick out a nice bottle of wine and then head to a very authentic Chinese restaurant that is BYOB.
-Go to a new Caribbean tapas restaurant that is supposed to have a modern yet cozy atmosphere with great martinis
-A Greek restaurant that is very lively- there is usually a belly dancer and the servers try to get everyone up and dance around the restaurant.

My first choice would be greek with belly dancer, second choice martinis at the tapas restuarant. Wine at chinese sounds just ho hum to me. I guess it depends on where you live and what your normal routine is….. The greek place sounds like lots of fun!!!!!

Definitely the tapas and martinis over here.

i wish there was a carribean tapas place here. would love to try it. next would be the chinese and wine. i’m not a fan of greek food, so that wouldn’t appeal to me.

I voted tapas and martinis too.

I voted Greek and belly dancer!!! I think that sounds the most “outside the box” and if you and your man aren’t shy, this could be a lot of fun!

Tapas or Greek…
tapas sounds relaxing and the greek sounds like fun but it will prob be loud… depends on your mood 😉

I like A and B, they sound more romantic. But you could probably do them all, just save the rest for another date night.

I like the first two choices, but the third is perhaps the most “adventurous.”

I like the tapas and martinis idea. You can get lots of differnt small plates to try and share and then have some fun martinis too.
It just sounds the most fun & romantic combined.

Wow! I’m the opposite of most of the PPs. Tapas and martinis would be my last choice of the three options! My order of preference ……
1. Greek and Bellydancers – the atmosphere at Greek restaurants is so much fun – if you’ve never been to one you definitely ought to do this!
2. Wine and Chinese – nice wine is always tasty and you said this is a very traditional Chinese restaurant which is going to be a break from the norm. It’s not like you’re saying go to P.F Changs (which I love but certainly isn’t anything out of the ordinary).
3. Tapas and Martinis – tapas have just never really excited me and I’d take a nice wine over martinis any day of the year.
