I got some sculpy and need to make a tiny top hat and flowers (really little) out of sculpy for my small (2″) cake toppers (they’re pugs.) The cooking instructions is by thickness… any idea about how long to bake it for?

Oh FYI I have never used polymer clay before

Oh I just had pugs made out of polymer clay for my cake too!! I got them through a seller on Etsy though, so sorry, no clay tips here. Just wanted to share my excitement over pug cake toppers. 🙂

Its hard to say how long to bake them for since I do not know how thick your top hat is going to be when you are finished baking it. But it is easy to tell when they are done baking, after the first 20 minutes you will want to check them regularly, but you can just touch them and feel if they are hard yet or not. I do it all the time with mine. Do not push hard on it, just a light touch, because you do not want to leave fingerprints on it
