I recently ordered a setting from Pompeii3. I know there have been a few questions about their quality. The gold was so flimsy and thin it felt like tin foil. The diamons were supposed to be SI, but looked more like I1-2. Save your money!!
I will say shipping was fast and customer service is excellent, just a poor product.

Don’t do it! They are “great” when you place your order and horrible if you need to return. I ordered a setting for a cushion center (which I specified twice when ordering) in a size 6.5. They sent the setting for a round stone in at least a 5.5, I couldn’t even get the ring on my finger. I also ordered an eternity band to go with the setting. Both rings were mediocre at best, which is to be expected considering the price. I ended up sending the setting back since it was too small and wouldn’t work with my stone, and the band wasn’t pretty enough to keep. They received my returned items on July 5th. I emailed to check on the refund and was told it would be up to 7 business days before they issued my credit. 7 business days seems like a long time to me, but I waited patiently for the credit to post to my account. On the 7th business day after they received my order (July 16) I enquired about my refund. Chris said it would be processed that day. They did not issue the refund. I emailed again today (July 17th – 8th business day) and again, Chris said he confirmed that the credit would be issued today. I received an email this afternoon saying they would issue the credit tomorrow (July 18th – 9th business day, 12 days after they received my items). I guess I will wait and see if they actually issue the refund tomorrow. This just seems like horrible customer service, they want your money and screw you around when you need to send something back because they sent the wrong product. I read plenty of negative reviews on various sites, I wish I had ordered from an honest company.
